Langham grants to assist habilitation studies

Langham Postdoctoral Habilitation awards are designed to support Christian leaders in Eastern Europe in ongoing research and writing projects that are a necessary part of the process towards gaining habilitated status (D. Habil.) within their local academic context. Priority will be given to graduated Langham Scholars, but others who are committed to the evangelical aims and ethos of Langham Partnership are able to apply.

  • Facilitating the state recognition and accreditation of evangelical theological institutions, faculties, seminaries etc.
  • To enhance the capacity of evangelical theological institutions in Eastern Europe to deliver postgraduate Masters level and PhD programmes.
  • To extend opportunities for evangelical doctoral students to undertake research in their own context.
