2024 Appeal

My name is Helen Hamilton and I am the Chief Finance Officer for Langham Partnership UK and Ireland.

Part of my role is to ensure that every donation is accounted for and help fulfil Langham’s mission by supporting our global family. I do that with the rest of the finance team from the Langham Service Centre (LSC) in Carlisle. The LSC is Langham's central hub supporting our three programmes: Langham Literature, Langham Preaching and Langham Scholars. One of the projects that benefits is Langham's work in Mongolia (see below).

Langham Service Centre

Over 26,000 Bible-centred books were distributed from the LSC to pastors, students and ministry partners in the last year alone. 13,746 were supplied free of charge! That includes books sent to Bible colleges through the Langham Literature Library Grant scheme, a project that we have been campaigning for through Books for Bible Colleges.

The service centre is of God’s doing, there’s no doubt about it. The total budget to purchase the land, construct the building and fit the equipment came to £1.8 million (and was completed during the pandemic). In less than three years, the cost outstanding is now £285,000.
