Naming Langham Partnership as a beneficiary in your will is straightforward. In most cases, it can be done in just a few minutes with a solicitor or through a trusted online will-writing service such as Octopus Legacy.

In fact, your gift to Langham is deducted from your estate's total value before any inheritance tax is calculated. Furthermore, if you leave 10% or more of your net estate to charity, the inheritance tax rate on the remainder of the estate can be reduced from 40% to 36%.

Octopus Legacy provides a straightforward, secure and confidential service that allows you to write your will online or over the phone with expert guidance.

How to Leave a Gift in Your Will

Leaving a legacy gift is simple. You can:

  • Name Langham Partnership as a residuary beneficiary (a percentage of your estate)
  • Leave a fixed amount
  • Leave a specific asset
  • Add Langham Partnership as a beneficiary to your life insurance policy or pension
