Langham Partnership continues to serve the global church through its three programmes: Langham Scholars, Langham Preaching and Langham Literature.
One of the countries in which we serve is the Philippines in Southeast Asia where Dr Federico G. Villanueva (Rico) serves his fellow citizens.
Since obtaining his PhD in 2007 with the help of a Langham Scholarship, Rico acts as Regional Commissioning Editor for Langham Publishing, Scholar Care Coordinator of current Asian Langham scholars as well teaching at the Asia Graduate School of Theology and Loyola School of Theology in Manila.
Rico is the author of several books, including The Uncertainty of a Hearing: A Study of the Sudden Change of Mood, as well as a helpful commentary on the Psalms. He is best known for his book It’s OK to be Not Ok: Preaching the Lament Psalms which was written when he was personally experiencing a period of depression.
